Clinical Rotations
Residents in our program adhere to a 4+1 rotation schedule. This structure of four consecutive weeks dedicated to required or elective rotations, ensuring uninterrupted patient care and training, followed by one week centered on a continuity clinic, where care is provided in an outpatient setting. This approach facilitates more predictable off-time scheduling, minimizes patient handoffs in the hospital, and offers a respite between intensive clinical experiences.
