Financial Wellbeing Resources
Get tools and resources to help you reduce debt, save smarter, and plan for your future. From budgeting support to long-term financial planning, these resources are designed to help residents strengthen their financial foundation during training and beyond. Residents receive two free sessions per topic, per year with a certified financial wellbeing counselor.
Paid Time Off
& Meals
Residents receive 21 vacation days, protected time for taking required exams and conferences, as well as paid parental and family leave benefits (on ABIM approval).
Residents are provided access to meals while on duty for free, covered resident parking spots, and white coat, scrubs, backpacks, and embroidered North Face fleece jackets.
Work Environment
For most rotations, the workday begins at 6-7 am and ends between 3-5 pm. Residents enjoy variety between our rotations with many different pace and settings. Residents have a collegial work environement with attendings, fellows, staff who provide ample support as you navigate through each rotation.
Wellness Events
Residents have established a tradition of camaraderie among their classes, both at and outsde of workplace. To facilitate this, we have protected days for resident wellness events where residents get to know each other and spend time together at the program's expense.
